We spent the evening July 3rd at Veterans Park in Collegedale. We had a good time, took a picnic, listened to the Orchestra play, then watched a great show of fireworks. Collegedale Newspaper approached Kelley and asked if they could take pics of AK and Kristin eating watermelon and adorning the little head band things you see in the pics below, it will be in there July 9th, I'll try to post it.

In the morning onJuly 4th Aunt Holly and AK made some tye dye items, a blanket for us to use for picnics, some shirts, and a pair of PaPaw's UNDERWEAR! LOL! We then went to MaMaw and PaPaw Carter's house for a cookout and our own little firework production,
