Our St. Paddy's Day Dinner, Corned Beef & Cabbage, GREEN Mashed Taters (AK made them green), and Pistachio Pie..,it tasted much better than it looks, HA, kept thinking about Dr. Seuss, 'Green Eggs and Ham'
