Thanks to Chelsey Cain for a nice evening! Kelley and I attended a ladies tea at Silverdale Baptist Church upon her invitation as hostess of one of the tables. Each hostess decorated their tables differently, it was interesting to see each one, they were so pretty. Chelsey did a great job with her white, black, and gold color scheme, she actually hand painted polka dots on the stemmed glasses. We had a nice mix of women at the table, the matriarch of the Cain family- Laurie (Chelsey's mother-in-law), Stacie (Chels's sister-in-law, who is having a baby girl 'Kylie Morgan' next month) and her Mom - Karen, Elizabeth (a school teacher and the mom of Maddie a little girl fighting a battle with neuroblastoma -a rare childhood cancer) >*Please remember them in your prayers *, and another teacher who is friends and works with her - Jessica. The men served us dinner, Jason (Chelsey's husband) being one of them. The entertainment was both humorous and inspirational. We had such a nice time of fellowship.
God has put it on my heart to ask each of you to please pray for little Maddie and her family. For more info of what they are up against please check out this website.
